1.SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – REF NO. 2022/01/4

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Support of local area networks, wide area networks, data and internet connectivity.
  • Install and administer physical and virtual servers, routers, switches and firewalls.
  • Implement network security, perform risk assessment and reporting.
  • Monitoring networks for security breaches and reporting on violations to management.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively report on system status and utilization.
  • Monitor Internet and Data connectivity between Head Office and Branches
  • Providing technical support to end users, hardware equipment’s & software related problems.
  • Deploying updates, managing user accounts, groups and access rights in various systems and network devices, schedule preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution and escalation.
  • Maintain documentation of current systems/network configuration, diagrams and IT inventory.
  • Disaster recovery planning, execution, testing and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support on Windows Server, active directory, domain controller, group policies, dns, dhcp, file and print services.
  • Provide support on virtual and storage area network infrastructure.
  • Expertise in information security standards and frameworks.
  • Conduct security assessments, including penetration testing, evaluating and address the vulnerabilities.

Entry Requirements

  • University degree in IT or equivalent technical certifications and experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience as Systems Administrator.
  • Experience in Linux Operating System.
  • Experience in supporting a combination of Windows Server, Windows Network Environments, VMware infrastructure and storage area network technologies.
  • Experience in network management, including traffic shaping and security protocols.
  • Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) certification will be an added advantage.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification required.
  • Formal Change Management & incident Management process knowledge.
  • Ability to configure and maintain Sophos Firewall & Endpoint Protection.
  • Ability to configure and maintain Cisco routers and Cisco & HP switches.
  • Knowledge of using network monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge on maintaining Avaya IP Office Telephony Solution.
  • Experience in LAN/WAN IP Infrastructure, VLAN’s, VPN.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification would be an added advantage.

2.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – REF NO. 2021/01/2

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with Branch Managers and Senior Management to develop strategies for Business Development.
  • Develop business in both Liabilities and Assets
  • Cross selling of Bank Products and Services to Customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate Banking Products.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with small, medium and large customers and Government organizations to initiate increase in Business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of sales & marketing experience preferably in the Banking sector.
  • Managing and executing campaigns would be an advantage.

3.CREDIT OFFICER : – REF NO. 2022/01/5

Responsibilities :

  • Processing of loans and other related activities.
  • Analysis of Business & Retail credit applications, including Mortgage finance.
  • Ensure that performance target set by the Bank is achieved.
  • To ensure the proper and accurate maintenance of loan and overdrafts accounts.
  • To initiate and assist in the security documentation of credit facilities
  • Follow up and Recovery of loans.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Holder of B.Com (Accounting), bachelor in business administration, or Equivalent qualification
  • Thorough knowledge of financial/credit analysis
  • 3-years working experience in the Credit Department in a Bank.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, specifically Excel, Word
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate credit policies and procedures.

4.BRANCH MANAGER – REF NO. 2022/01/3

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet branch targets as set from time to time.
  • Market and sale of Banks’ products.
  • Manage service delivery and ensure adherence to branch service standards.
  • Direct and support branch operations so as to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all transactions, maintain operational controls and compliance with rules, procedures and regulations.
  • Customer Due Diligence to address KYC norms, money laundering prevention and compliance risk.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Business Administration/ Finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services / branch manager / assistant branch manager in a Bank.
  • Strong customer service, good leadership, people management and banking skills
  • Be a good relationship builder and communicator.
  • Resilient under pressure.

5.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – REF NO. 2022/01/1

Responsibilities :

  • Co-ordinate with Branch Managers and Senior Management to develop strategies for Business Development.
  • Develop business in both Liabilities and Assets
  • Networking with Retail & Corporate Customers and Liaise with Government Organizations.
  • Cross selling of Bank Products and Services to Customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate Banking Products.
  • Provide enhancement to present banking services and products to community.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with small, medium and large customers and initiate increase in Business.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • MBA / Bachelors degree in Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience preferably in the Banking sector.
  • Managing and executing campaigns would be an advantage.

Salary:

  • Salaries for all positions will commensurate with qualifications & experience.
