JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring Sales Executive / Business Development Executive having B2B, B2C Sales experience and having a good knowledge of Sales and marketing. The company is based in Msasani, Dar es Salaam.

Responsibilities:

  • To reach out to new and existing customers and generate sales for the organization.
  • Create interest and awareness of products.
  • Contact potential clients via personal visit, email, or phone to generate leads and establish rapport.
  • Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions/tools to meet those needs.
  • Build key customer relationships to maximize customer affinity and the effectiveness of the business.
  • Monitor competition, business mapping, and designing counter sales strategies.
  • To send timely proposals to customers and follow up.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated database. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Should have experience in preparing agreement and deeds

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, proposal, and marketing of FMCG/Food and Beverages
  • Marketing Background with experience in selling FMCG/Food and Beverages
  • Should have relevant sales experience of selling FMCG/Food and Beverages
  • Excellent Writing and Analytical Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
