DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To maintain a diary and record of files for future action;
ii.To ensure correct distribution of files to schedule officers for action;
iii.To maintain a daily record of files distributed to officers;
iv.To sort, address and dispatch letters;
v.To register mails, files, indexes, and housing files;
vi.To check and prepare straight forward documents, simple correspondences of the stock letters and printed forms; and
vii.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Form IV of VI Certificate with a Certificate in either Records Management or Archives Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
REMUNERATION NHC SCALE
